Tuesday 13th October-Wednesday 14th October 2009
Opening hours: 10h00–17h00
The 2009 Wines of South Africa MEGA Tasting will be a producer-led tasting. This year we return to The Brompton Hall at
Earls Court, where the additional space and central location provides us with a fantastic venue to showcase various themed tables
and celebrate the success of the South African wine industry in this, our 350th year of winemaking. With over 250 producers expected
to exhibit, this year?s tasting is probably the single biggest national generic wine event held off-shore by a wine-producing country.
It is already attracting significant international interest, with visitors including the UK?s leading wine buyers from the
multi-national supermarket chains and specialist wine shops, sommeliers from top restaurants and hotels, as well as the media.
They will be joined by an impressive contingent of buyers from across Europe and Asia.
